About Me – Finding Strength Through Resilience
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and for me, it has tested me in many ways—growing up in relative poverty, enduring trauma, battling addiction, and surviving a near-fatal accident. Despite these challenges, I built my life from the ground up: studying engineering while working night shifts, creating my own business after 100 job rejections, and rebuilding my body and mind after severe setbacks. When a friend once asked me, "How did you manage all this?", I realized something fundamental: resilience was never something I had to learn—it was always there. We inherit it from our ancestors, though many have simply forgotten how to access it.
I am not a professional nutritionist, psychologist, or fitness coach. I am an ICT project manager working for the United Nations in my final years before I fully transition to this passion. Everything I teach comes from life experience and self-education. I have faced burnout, obesity, and self-doubt, and I have found my way back—again and again. I don’t offer quick fixes; I offer a mindset and a process that has transformed not only my life but also the lives of many others who have walked this challenging path with me.
At Happy-Camp, I want share what I’ve learned—not as an expert in theory, but as someone who has been in the trenches of struggle and rediscovered the resilience that was always within. Over the years, I have helped individuals transform their lives using a method I developed through my own journey. This method is built on the idea that our most powerful state is our natural one—an inherent quality passed down through generations. It embraces the wisdom of our ancestors while being structured on the adaptive and iterative principles of agile project management.
But it doesn’t stop there. Even as we strive to return to our natural state, we live in a modern world brimming with innovative technology. We can harness the best of both worlds: ancient resilience and modern techniques, including cutting-edge devices and AI, to reach our goals and achieve our well-being.
In the end, every person is driven by the same deep-seated desires—the pursuit of happiness, balance, and fulfillment. This universal drive is why I call it Happy-Camp—a sanctuary where we honor our innate strength and support one another on the journey to reclaim that joy.
